Berry Glazed Chicken Wings

  • 2 lb  Chicken Wings
  • 1 C Blackberry Jam (or any jam of your choice!)
  • ¼ Cup Elderberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Garlic Cloves; Minced
  • ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine jam, balsamic vinegar, garlic, cayenne,  brown sugar, salt & pepper. Bring to a boil and let boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat.
  2. Cook the chicken wings using your preferred method.
  3. Turn the oven to broil. Toss the cooked wings in the prepared glaze & place on a sheet pan. Broil 2-3 minutes or until the glaze starts to bubble. Watch closely so it does not burn!
  4. Serve immediately!
