Homemade Ice Cream: (Optional)
- 2 C Whole Milk
- 2 C Heavy Cream
- 1 T Vanilla Extract
- 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
Strawberry Balsamic Glaze:
- 1 Pint Strawberries
- 2 T Strawberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 T Sugar
- Prepare ice cream according to ice cream maker directions. Will be soft serve at this point, or can transfer to a container and freeze. (If you do not want to make homemade ice cream; store bought will work too.)
- Prepare strawberry glaze. Wash and quarter or slice strawberries. In a separate bowl, combine vinegar and sugar.
- Add strawberries and toss until strawberries are coated. Let sit at room temperature for at least an hour prior to serving.
- Serve over ice cream!
