Kaimana Lychee Spritzer

• 1 Tbsp Kaimana Lychee White Balsamic Vinegar
• 4 oz Club Soda (or flavored sparkling water of your choice)
• 1-2 oz Prosecco
• Ice
• Sliced Fresh Ginger & Thyme to garnish

1. Combine all ingredients except garnishes & ice in a cocktail shaker.
2. Pour into a glass over ice & garnish with ginger slices & thyme.  Serve cold immediately!
