- 2 Pears; Quartered & Cored
- 1 Tbsp Butter; Melted
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp Nutmeg
- Pinch of Cloves
- ¼ Cup Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine melted butter and spices in a small mixing bowl.
- Place quartered pears on a baking pan & brush with all sides w/ the butter mixture. Cook the pears skin side up.
- Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes; or until softened and golden brown.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and brown sugar over medium-high heat until boiling, turn down and simmer until the sauce is thickened and coats the back of a spoon.
- Drizzle sauce over the baked pears and enjoy! Delicious on its own or over ice cream.
