Baked Pears w/ Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Drizzle

  • 2 Pears; Quartered & Cored
  • 1 Tbsp Butter; Melted
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp Nutmeg
  • Pinch of Cloves
  • ¼ Cup Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine melted butter and spices in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Place quartered pears on a baking pan & brush with all sides w/ the butter mixture. Cook the pears skin side up.
  3. Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes; or until softened and golden brown.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and brown sugar over medium-high heat until boiling, turn down and simmer until the sauce is thickened and coats the back of a spoon.
  5. Drizzle sauce over the baked pears and enjoy! Delicious on its own or over ice cream.
