- ½ cup ice
- 3 ounces Aperol
- 2 ounces Blood Orange Juice
- 2 ounces Apple Cider
- Splash of soda water or Prosecco
- Splash of Sicilian Lemon Balsamic
- Optional
- 3 ounces Prosecco, or any sparkling wine
- 1 slice Blood Orange – garnish
- Juice a couple of blood oranges, and slice one for garnish.
- Place ice in a tall glass. Add Aperol, blood orange juice, apple cider, soda water, balsamic and garnish with sliced blood orange. Cheers!
- Optional: Pour Prosecco or sparkling wine instead of club soda.
- Garnish with blood orange slices.
