Fall Aperol Spritz

  • ½ cup ice
  • 3 ounces Aperol
  • 2 ounces Blood Orange Juice
  • 2 ounces Apple Cider
  • Splash of soda water or Prosecco
  • Splash of Sicilian Lemon Balsamic

  • Optional
  • 3 ounces Prosecco, or any sparkling wine
  • 1 slice Blood Orange – garnish
  1. Juice a couple of blood oranges, and slice one for garnish.
  2. Place ice in a tall glass. Add Aperol, blood orange juice, apple cider, soda water, balsamic and garnish with sliced blood orange. Cheers!
  3. Optional: Pour Prosecco or sparkling wine instead of club soda.
  4. Garnish with blood orange slices.
