Baked Salmon with Dill Cream Sauce

  • Dill Cream Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Sour Cream
  • 4  Tbsp Wild Fernleaf Dill Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Dried Dill
  • 1 Tbsp Capers; Roughly Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Place salmon on a baking sheet & pat dry and brush with olive oil, then season with salt & pepper.
  2. Once the oven is preheated, bake salmon for 15-20 minutes, depending on thickness, or until opaque throughout.
  3. While salmon is cooking, combine all sauce ingredients and mix well.
  4. Once salmon is cooked, serve immediately with dill cream sauce. Enjoy!
