- Salmon
- 1 lb Salmon Filets
- 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Ultra Premium Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Dill Cream Sauce
- ¼ Cup Sour Cream
- 4 Tbsp Wild Fernleaf Dill Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Dried Dill
- 1 Tbsp Capers; Roughly Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt & Pepper
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Place salmon on a baking sheet & pat dry and brush with olive oil, then season with salt & pepper.
- Once the oven is preheated, bake salmon for 15-20 minutes, depending on thickness, or until opaque throughout.
- While salmon is cooking, combine all sauce ingredients and mix well.
- Once salmon is cooked, serve immediately with dill cream sauce. Enjoy!
