- Splash of Pomegranate Quince White Balsamic, to taste
- Splash of Grapefruit White Balsamic, to taste
- 3 oz tequila of choice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 ½ oz Triple Sec
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Sparkling soda, chilled
- Grapefruit slices and pomegranate seeds for garnish
- Optional, sugar for rimming
- Combine the balsamics, tequila, simple syrup, triple sec and lime juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake until ice cold.
- Rub the rim of two glasses with a lime and then dip into sugar rimmer for garnish.
- Layer ice and grapefruit slices in a glass and then pour mixture to within 2 inches of the top of the glass.
- Fill with sparkling water and gently stir.
- Garnish with grapefruit slices and pomegranate seeds.
