Dry Ingredients:
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 scoop Protein Powder (I used Quest Vanilla Milkshake)
- 3 Tbsp Ground Flax Seeds
- 2.5 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Wet Ingredients:
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Egg
- 3 overripe Bananas (mashed)
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 2 Tbsp Blood Orange Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp Agave
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine dry ingredients in large bowl (bowl from stand mixer works great)
- Combine wet ingredients in medium bowl
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix
- Bake for 8 minutes, rotate muffin pan and cook another 7 minutes. Longer if needed.
