Sparkling White Peach Margarita

• 1 White Peach, unpeeled
• 3 Tbsp good-quality tequila
• 1 Tbsp Triple Sec
• Juice of 1 Lemon, plus more to taste
• 1 heaped Tbsp of Honey
• 1/2 – 1 tsp Peach Balsamic
• 1/2 cup Simple Margarita Mix
• 1/2 cup sparkling water

1. Shake all ingredients (except peaches & sparkling water) with ice in mixer jar or shaker.
2. Pour into glass & top with sparkling water.
3. Serve immediately over ice with sliced peaches.
