- 1 Package Mixed Greens
- ½ Cup Shelled Roasted Pistachios
- ½ Cup Pomegranate Seeds
- ¼ Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- Fresh Cracked Pepper; To Taste
Dressing:
- ¼ Cup Pomegranate-Quince White Balsamic Vinegar
- ¼ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- ½ tsp Sea Salt
- Prepare Salad. Combine salad ingredients and toss together.
- Prepare dressing. Combine dressing ingredients and whisk until well combined.
- Toss salad with dressing and serve immediately!
