- ½ cup Jalapeno olive oil
- 1 jalapeno
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- ¼ cup cilantro
- 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp salt or as desired
- In a blender jar, add all the ingredients.
- Pulse until the Jalapeno olive oil combines with the lemon juice and forms a creamy texture.
- Enjoy serving as dreassing over salad or as a quick marinade for meat.
