Jalapeno Vinaigrette

  • ½ cup Jalapeno olive oil
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp salt or as desired
  1. In a blender jar, add all the ingredients.
  2. Pulse until the Jalapeno olive oil combines with the lemon juice and forms a creamy texture.
  3. Enjoy serving as dreassing over salad or as a quick marinade for meat.
