Fresh Peach Gin & Tonic

  • 1/2 ripe peach, sliced
  • 2  ounces gin
  • 4 ounces tonic water
  • 1 ounce freshly squeeze lime juice
  • 1 tsp Peach Balsamic
  • crushed ice
  • rosemary sprigs for garnish
  • lime wedges for garnish
  1. Fill a glass with a few peach wedges and crushed ice.
  2. Pour the gin over the ice, then the tonic and balsamic. Squeeze in the lime juice.
  3. Stir a few times to combine. Serve immediately with a rosemary sprig popped in for color. Don’t forget to eat the peaches!
