- ½ cup Roasted Walnut Oil
- 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- ¾ cup Granulated Sugar
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
- ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
- ¼ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ½ cup chopped Walnuts (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl (or using a double boiler), melt chocolate with roasted the Walnut Oil until smooth letting cool slightly.
- Whisk in both sugars. Once combined, add eggs, vanilla extract, and dark chocolate balsamic vinegar, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Stir in chopped walnuts, if using.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes. Let cool before slicing.
