- 3 oz cucumber juice
- 1 oz tequila
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz Key Lime White Balsamic
- Ice
- Juice peeled cucumber in blender or juicer. If using blender, blend 30-45 seconds until its a thick juice. Separate pulp from juice by setting a fine mesh strainer over a bowl. Use wooden spoon to gently push on pulp to release juice.
- Mix cucumber juice, tequila, lime juice and Key Lime balsamic.
- Add ice and optional garnish; cucumber slices and lime wedges
