- ¾ c. Pumpkin Puree
- 2 Eggs
- ½ Sugar Free Maple Syrup
- 2 c. Almond Flour
- ¼ c. Ground Flaxseed
- 1 t. Baking Soda
- 1 t. Cinnamon
- 1 ½ t. Pumpkin Pie Spice
- ½ t. Salt
- 1 t. Vanilla
- 1 t. Maple Balsamic
- ¼ c. Butter Olive Oil
- Chocolate Chips (I use Enjoy Life Mini Semi-Sweet Chips)
- Mix all ingredients together, stir and spoon into muffins tins.
- Bake for 16 min at 350
