- 1 head cauliflower florets
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil (I used the Garlic)
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp cayenne
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp paprika
Sauce
- ¼ Cup Pineapple Habanero Dip
- 2 Tbsp Sriracha sauce
- Red pepper flakes, to taste
- Cracked pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place cauliflower florets in large zip lock with oil, garlic powder, cayenne, salt and paprika. Shake to coat.
- Roast for 30 min or until tender.
- When cauliflower is almost done baking, mix sauce ingredients together and warm in microwave for 30 seconds.
- Remove cauliflower from oven, place in large bowl. Add sauce and shake to coat.
- Bake for 5 more min.
