Pineapple Firecracker Cauliflower

  • 1 head cauliflower florets
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil (I used the Garlic)
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp paprika

Sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place cauliflower florets in large zip lock with oil, garlic powder, cayenne, salt and paprika. Shake to coat.
  3. Roast for 30 min or until tender.
  4. When cauliflower is almost done baking, mix sauce ingredients together and warm in microwave for 30 seconds.
  5. Remove cauliflower from oven, place in large bowl. Add sauce and shake to coat.
  6. Bake for 5 more min.
  7. Enjoy!
