- 4 Eggs
- 2 Tbsp Water
- 2 tsp Fresh Thyme
- 2 Tbsp Crumbled Goat Cheese
- 1 tsp Butter
- 2 tsp Madagascar Black Pepper Olive Oil; Seperated
- Salt & Pepper; To Taste
- Prepare Eggs. In a medium bowl; whisk eggs and water until combined.
- Melt butter and 1 tsp olive oil in a medium non-stick pan. Add eggs and cook until set. Add thyme and cheese.
- Remove from Heat. Sprinkle eggs with salt & pepper and drizzle with remaining olive oil. Serve immediately!
