Gremolata Green Beans

  • 1 lb green beans trimmed
  • 2 Tbsp flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1/4 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  1. Steam the green beans, covered, until crisp tender. About 5-7 minutes.
  2. Place the green beans in a bowl and toss with the olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Place the green beans on a platter or in a serving bowl and sprinkle with the toasted almonds.
