- 1 lb green beans trimmed
- 2 Tbsp flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbsp sliced almonds, toasted
- 1/4 tsp lemon zest
- 1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- Steam the green beans, covered, until crisp tender. About 5-7 minutes.
- Place the green beans in a bowl and toss with the olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Place the green beans on a platter or in a serving bowl and sprinkle with the toasted almonds.
