Fig & Prosciutto Stone Baked Pizza

  • 10 inch Pizza Crust
  • 2 Tbsp Fig Jam
  • 1 Tbsp any EVOO
  • 4 Slices Prosciutto; Torn
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella
  • ¼ Cup Crumbled Goat Cheese
  • Handful of Fresh Arugula
  • 1  Tbsp Black Mission Fig Balsamic Vinegar
  1. Preheat the oven to 500. If you are using a pizza stone, let this heat in the oven for 30 minutes once it has reached 500 degrees.
  2. Brush the crust with olive oil. Spread jam evenly across the crust and top with mozzarella and prosciutto.  Bake for 5 minutes, or until desired doneness.
  3. Top pizza with goat cheese and arugula, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and serve immediately.

Ready in 20 min

Serves 1-2 People
