- 10 inch Pizza Crust
- 2 Tbsp Fig Jam
- 1 Tbsp any EVOO
- 4 Slices Prosciutto; Torn
- 1 Cup Mozzarella
- ¼ Cup Crumbled Goat Cheese
- Handful of Fresh Arugula
- 1 Tbsp Black Mission Fig Balsamic Vinegar
- Preheat the oven to 500. If you are using a pizza stone, let this heat in the oven for 30 minutes once it has reached 500 degrees.
- Brush the crust with olive oil. Spread jam evenly across the crust and top with mozzarella and prosciutto. Bake for 5 minutes, or until desired doneness.
- Top pizza with goat cheese and arugula, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and serve immediately.
