- 12 large eggs, hard boiled
- 1 Tbsp Terrapin Ridge Farms Dill Pickle Mustard
- 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Paprika, to garnish
- Dill pickle slices, to garnish
- Dill Weed, to garnish
- Cut each egg lengthwise and remove yolks, setting them aside in a small bowl
- Mash yolks with a fork
- Add salt, pepper, Terrapin Ridge Farms Dill Pickle Mustard, and mayonnaise; mix together well.
- Fill egg halves with mixture.
- Sprinkle tops with paprika, dill weed and slice of dill pickle
- Chill in refrigerator to let set
