Black Cherry Glazed Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 lb Brussels Sprouts; Stems Removed & Halved
  • ½ lb Bacon
  • â…“ C Shelled Pistachios
  • ¼ Red Onion; Sliced Thin
  • 2 Tbsp Black Cherry Dark Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Prepare bacon; dice bacon and fry in a pan until crispy. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
  3. On a sheet pan, toss onion & Brussels sprouts with olive oil and roast in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until crispy.
  4. Add pistachios, bacon and vinegar, toss and roast for an additional 2 minutes. Serve Immediately!
