- 1 lb Brussels Sprouts; Stems Removed & Halved
- ½ lb Bacon
- â…“ C Shelled Pistachios
- ¼ Red Onion; Sliced Thin
- 2 Tbsp Black Cherry Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- Prepare bacon; dice bacon and fry in a pan until crispy. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
- On a sheet pan, toss onion & Brussels sprouts with olive oil and roast in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until crispy.
- Add pistachios, bacon and vinegar, toss and roast for an additional 2 minutes. Serve Immediately!
