Madagascar Black Pepper & Thyme Scrambled Eggs

  1. Prepare Eggs. In a medium bowl; whisk eggs and water until combined.
  2. Melt butter and 1 tsp olive oil in a medium non-stick pan. Add eggs and cook until set. Add thyme and cheese.
  3. Remove from Heat. Sprinkle eggs with salt & pepper and drizzle with remaining olive oil. Serve immediately!

Ready in 15 minutes

Serves 2-4 people
