- 4 oz Gin
- 4 oz Tonic Water
- 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Elderflower Balsamic
- Fresh Thyme for garnish
- Lemon slices for garnish
- In two glasses filled with ice, pour in the gin, elderflower liqueur & balsamic.
- Top with tonic water and stir gently.
- Garnish with fresh thyme and lemon slices before serving.
